Richie Zellon , director of Miami Jazz Guitar, has spent several years as professor of jazz guitar at both the University Of South Florida in Tampa and Florida International University in Miami. During the early nineties he was director of The Music Workshop in Orlando as well as a member of the faculty at the Audio Recording Technology Institute. He has been a columnist for Jazz Improv magazine since 1999.
Richie is a graduate of Berklee College of Music and has also received private instruction from Pat Martino, Red Rodney and Charles Banacos . He endorses Giannini guitars & strings from Brazil.

Enrique Gardano has taught at the State University of New York (Newpaltz and Stonybrook), Montclair State University (New Jersey) and Inter American University (Puerto Rico).
Enrique attended Mannes College in New York City and graduated from The New School College (New York). He obtained his Masters Degree in Music from the University of Miami. He has also received private instruction from jazz guitarist, Chuck Wayne as well as classical guitar master, Narciso Yepes.
Luigi Salvatore has several years of private teaching experience and performed for many years as a jazz guitarist throughout Europe. He has studied at the Sienna Jazz Foundation in Tuscany, Italy as well as in Miami under Richie Zellon.
